A well-prepped pastry cloth gives an almost non-stick surface. You'll want to prep your board between each sheet of lefse, being a little more generous in the very middle. And another excellent feature is the circular markings, a great guide for big, round sheets. You're going to love your board & cloth set so much because, not only does it work great for lefse, but you can roll out your Christmas cut out sugar cookies, pizza dough, pie crusts, knead bread- you name it! 19" Hardwood circle with non-skid legs. Cloth is made of heavy pre-shrunk cotton, has 10", 12" and 14" markings and drawstring for easy removal. Before laundering, remove cloth and shake out flour. Wash with unscented detergent.
