Kale Green Curled is a delicious winter vegetable.  Kale is highly nutritious, rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, vitamin K, and beta-carotene. It also contains nutrients that can support eye health, weight management and heart health.

A versatile vegetable with a nutty earthy flavour, great in salads, stir fry's, curries or anything!   You can also dehydrate it for Kale chips.
Sow thinly 1.5cm deep, directly into a prepared garden bed which has already been watered. Water well until plants are established. Transplant 45cm apart when seedlings are about 10cm tall in rows 45cm apart. Plant firmly and water well. Seedlings usually appear in 7 to 10 days. Plant in late Summer to Winter.
