This top quality chamber vacuum- packing machine is ideal for restaurant use. It is a table top unit with a compact footprint making it adaptable to a variety of situations. Removes air and seals in one operation. Improves shelf life of food product and allows you to conveniently and neatly store items.

It can also be used to modify the texture and shape of certain foods. This is an essential tool for sous vide, or low temperature cooking. The base, inner chamber and lid are molded, impact resistant plastic. The machine uses the Busch® vacuum pump and is UL listed.

This unit has a single seal-bar only. Double seal-bar units are available upon request.
